After the 2005 earthquake, I compiled the disaster document, signed 2 billion dollars emergency grant with ADB, developed the reconstruction plan and worked with UNHCR, ADB and other development partners to design, execute and review projects worth more than 4 billion dollars. I also worked as Managing director of Small Industries Development Board. Later I worked as Managing Director of EIROP (Essential Institution Reforms Operationalisation Programme) to enhance Capacity, transparency and accountability of local governments, in collaboration with UNDP and SDC.In the third decade of my service, I worked mostly as head of the department, where I worked on policy management and supervised short, medium and long term projects for various sectors. I also served as chairman and member of board of directors of large oil and gas companies like, PSO, OGDCL, SSGC, PPL, PLL etc. Most recently, I served as Managing Director of Siandak Metal Limited, a project of Copper Gold mining in partnership with Chinese company MCC. Currently I am serving on the board of KPK Health Care Commission as a member to look after public and private health care facilities and protection of patients rights.
