Professional SummaryFormer civil servant with over 29 years of leadership in public administration, governance, peacebuilding,  project management and policy development across diverse sectors. I also worked with ADB as Assistant Capacity Development Specialist in the Decentralisation Support Programme.Mid Career I  served as Chief Economist, spearheading Annual Development Plan of over 40 billion Rupees, comprising over a thousand projects in various sectors, and developed  evidence-based economic policies for sustainable development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. After the 2005 earthquake, I compiled the disaster document, signed 2 billion dollars emergency grant with ADB, developed the reconstruction plan and worked with UNHCR, ADB and other development partners to design, execute and review projects worth more than 4 billion dollars. I also worked as Managing director of Small Industries Development Board. Later I worked as  Managing Director of EIROP (Essential Institution Reforms Operationalisation Programme)  to enhance Capacity, transparency and accountability of local governments, in collaboration with UNDP and SDC.In the third decade of my service, I worked mostly as head of the department, where I worked on policy management and supervised short, medium and long term projects for various sectors.
